Live Harassment Training for Managers
The Firm offers optional live harassment prevention training for managers, supervisors, and owners. In Illinois, all employees must receive harassment prevention training within the calendar year of their hire. For employees working in Chicago, training must be completed within 90 days of hire. The Firm recommends managers be trained within the shortest applicable deadline to ensure compliance with state and local law. These sessions are designed to create a legally privileged, judgment-free environment for management teams to reflect on workplace risks, clarify their legal obligations, and discuss real-life scenarios. Live training is particularly valuable for organizations that have not previously conducted harassment prevention training or that have not yet engaged their leadership in conversation around how current or past employee conflicts might have implicated the harassment policy. These sessions often surface concerns employees were previously uncomfortable reporting. 

Live Harassment Training for Staff Employees
Staff employees may also receive live harassment training conducted by the Firm. In Illinois, all employees must receive harassment prevention training within the calendar year of their hire. For employees working in Chicago, training must be completed within 90 days of hire. The Firm recommends staff be trained within the shortest applicable deadline to ensure compliance with state and local law. Sessions are designed to comply with Illinois and local mandates while making clear the organization’s expectations, standards of conduct, and available resources. 

Annual Workplace Law Ready Refresh
Clients who purchase the Workplace Law Ready™ Compliance Setup Package may elect to lock in annual refresh services for their core documents and training materials. This includes an annual review and update of their handbook, postings, onboarding tools, and harassment prevention and HR law training materials. This refresh option is best suited for clients with a relatively stable workforce and legal footprint. Clients with ongoing legal needs and evolving teams may benefit more from the ongoing support provided in the Employer Protector Plan™. The Annual Refresh Option will automatically renew each year unless the Client provides written notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date. The Firm may adjust the fee for any renewal term with no less than thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to the Client. 

This refresh option is best suited for clients with a relatively stable workforce and legal footprint. Clients with ongoing legal needs and evolving teams may benefit more from the ongoing support provided in the Employer Protector Plan™. 

Employee Leave and Accommodation Compliance Toolkit
